Weddings and Events

Goebel Hill Farm is a historic outdoor event site overlooking farmland and the Cascades. Our picturesque 1924 barn is on the Washington State historic register.  We offer the ideal space for a relaxed and intimate ceremony and reception for parties of 50 or fewer.  Our 10 acres includes a large lawn area suitable for your celebration situated next to an old orchard and mature evergreens.  Included is a covered, 800 square foot, open sided, graveled area off the north side of our historic barn in the event of rain, and access to a cottage with separate bride and groom’s changing rooms and two indoor restrooms – one for the bridal party and one for guests. There is a kitchen prep area including a sink, refrigerator, oven, microwave and cooktop.

Every wedding is a unique reflection of the bride and groom.  Some of the basics for your (optional) use on site:

  • Five foot (60”) round tables which seat 6 to 8 each comfortably

  • 120” ivory polyester tablecloths that fit the round tables and drape to the floor

  • Wooden chairs for the tables (farm style and/or oak bentwood)

  • 2 – Six foot rectangular folding tables

  • 132” ivory polyester tablecloths that fit the rectangular tables and drape to the floor

  • Antique buffet and a small, two-tiered vintage desert table

  • Vintage washstand to hold ice, champagne and soft drinks

  • 2 large white 170 quart plastic coolers 

  • Optional use of our vintage collection:  bicycle with basket, vintage typewriter, window frames, two charming farmhouse doors re-purposed into chalkboards for signs, iron birdcage, an easel, white wicker lawn furniture, antique quilts, mirrors, etc.

Every wedding is unique.  It is our pleasure to work with you to make it so!  For an additional fee and subject to staffing we can arrange:

  • in your desired location on our 10 acre farm – 15 cushy church pews with grey upholstery, seating up to 5 people each next to two, antique, 12 foot tall white, wooden pillars – for your ceremony

  • Beautiful, fresh market flowers are grown on site and available for bridal parties who desire to create self- guided DIY centerpieces, use flowers to decorate the cake, or create flower crowns and garlands in the days prior to their wedding.

Rental Fee starts at $2200.   An additional $300 refundable  final cleanup deposit and a refundable $500 damage deposit are required.  The site fee includes a scheduled two hour rehearsal before the wedding.

Terms and Availability:  Rental of the facilities begins at 11 am and ends no later than 8:00 p.m. on the day of your event.  Reservations are being accepted now on a first come first served basis.  Please contact us to schedule a tour.  We are happy to answer your questions and thank you for your interest in Goebel Hill Farm.
